Stitching or Quilting

Once the mesh is secured to the inside and outside faces of the wall, you will need to anchor it to the straw. If you don't, it can sag and poke through the plaster. The most common method of anchoring mesh is to sew it onto the wall using bale needles and twine. With one person working on either side of the wall, a bale needle can be passed back and forth and the stitches drawn tight to prevent the mesh from sagging or riding too far from the surface of the wall. Don't worry
